The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce proudly presents our Signature Events. The events are the pillars of our organization, facilitating the vital services that serve our community.
Our flagship breakfast meeting each Friday morning, AM Connections creates opportunities to network with other professionals, and allows attendees to present themselves and their organizations. The meeting format alternates between virtual Zoom meetings: 3rd Fridays from 7:30am – 8:30am via Zoom and 2nd & 4th Fridays in-person at the Noah Webster Library in Blue Back Square.
Business After Hours
The third Thursday of each month brings us to a different Chamber Member business for an early evening networking event. Special Business After Hours include an annual Halloween Spooky Soiree, Holiday Party, and Annual Meeting & Spotlight Awards.
Mayor’s State of The Town Address
Each year, we invite the Mayor of West Hartford to present an overview of the previous year, and plans for the future of the town. This engaging and informative luncheon is a veritable “who’s who” of West Hartford politicos, town employees, business leaders, and residents.

WeHa Wellness: Health & Wellness Fair
WeHa Wellness is an annual open-air Health & Wellness Fair in the heart of Blue Back Square, that brings the community and health providers together. We welcome a wide range of practitioners, including medical providers, spa & salon services, fitness centers, nutritionists, mental health assistance, and non-profits that support health and wellbeing.
Annual Meeting & Spotlight Awards
The Annual Meeting & Spotlight Awards honors the contributions of the West Hartford Chamber and its members. After officially voting in the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, we take a look at the accomplishments of the organization in the previous year. We then bestow our Spotlight Awards to businesses and individuals whose contributions to our community are deserving of praise. Our highest honors are the Noah Webster Award for outstanding commitment to our community; and the Elizabeth Gustin Basil Women’s Leadership Award. Throughout the evening, entertainment is provided by the student band from West Hartford School of Rock.
Spend a day on one of the area’s beautiful golf courses. In addition to a full 18 holes, enjoy a breakfast buffet, on-course games, cocktail hour, afternoon barbecue, and a teacup auction. This represents the largest fundraiser for the West Hartford Chamber, funding the organization and its programs and services throughout the year.
Economic Development Update
The Town of West Hartford’s Economic Development Department is invited each year to provide an update on the economic growth in town. The presentation includes a comprehensive overview of new, renewing, and future development projects.
