FLOW (Future Leaders of West Hartford) is the young professionals initiative of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce. Designed for driven professionals building their careers in Greater Hartford, FLOW creates intentional opportunities to connect, grow, and give back.

Monthly networking lunches hosted at Chamber member restaurants, offering members the opportunity to build connections in an informal and welcoming setting.
The meeting place "floats" from location to location each month.
