WeHa Wellness is West Hartford’s open-air Health & Wellness Expo that brings the community together with local health and wellness professionals in the heart of Blue Back Square. Presented by the West Hartford Chamber in partnership with Blue Back Square and the Town of West Hartford, this free event showcases a wide range of practitioners, from medical providers and fitness centers to spa services, nutrition experts, mental health resources, and nonprofit wellness organizations.  WeHa Wellness allows attendees the chance to explore services, ask questions, and engage with experts dedicated to improving overall health and well-being. Whether you’re seeking information, trying new wellness offerings, or connecting with local providers, WeHa Wellness celebrates holistic health and supports wellness businesses in the region.

Each January, the West Hartford Chamber team visits local health & wellness providers to experience their services firsthand. We capture these visits on video and share them across our social media channels to highlight our members’ offerings. As the community sets new year goals and resolutions, our goal is to connect residents with the local businesses and resources that can support their health and wellness journeys.
