About Us

The Collaboration of Minority Women Professionals (CMWP) is a membership-based, minority women-owned organization with the mission to increase the visibility, capacity, and business profitability of professional minority women.

With over 100 national members, we are growing rapidly. The goal of CMWP is to acknowledge, support, and celebrate the growth and development of professional Black and minority women by propelling them to excel within and across their professional and business arenas.

CMWP offers activities such as virtual networking opportunities, in-person networking events, Zoom training and professional development, continuing education opportunities, seminars, workshops, and more.
