The Opportunity:

Fogarty’s Home Services is growing, and we are looking for a Home Comfort Specialist to join our team.  If you are a  high-level performer and you have the interest and ability to convey a passion for the Home Comfort, Energy & Insulation field, you will love this job.

Our sales representatives work hard and get rewarded with excellent pay, incentive programs, and specific paths for advancement. This is a real opportunity to earn over $50,000 - $100,000 per year for those that have or can develop the skills and talent to participate in this booming industry.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Follow defined sales procedures for all Home Comfort calls

  • Close sales and generating revenue

  • Set number of sales appointments per week

  • Clean equipment/work area

  • Keep assigned vehicle organized and clean

  • Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements

Prerequisites include:

  •  A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws

  • 3 years of in-home successful sales experience preferred

  •  BPI building analyst and/or building envelope certification preferred

  • One to two years home improvement experience

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to follow/perform Home Comfort procedures for energy retrofit work in homes per company procedures

  •  Ability to use technology (such as a laptop computer) to present solutions, close sales and produce proposals


Job Type & Hours:

Full Time/Commission

  • Average 30 - 40 hours per week

  • Weekend work, as required, to follow-up on sales leads, attend trade shows and self-generate leads.
