14 Days of Love is an online meditation challenge created by Copper Beech Institute which explores the intersection between mindfulness practice and love. Designed to help participants discover the deep reservoir of love, courage, and compassion within themselves, our community will commit to practicing meditation every day and sharing acts of love. Each day, from February 1-February 14, there will be two opportunities to practice live at 7:30 AM EST and 12:30 PM EST. Meditations will be also recorded and made available each day. 14 Days of Love is designed to inspire and support people of all backgrounds. No prior meditation experience is necessary. While there is no fee to participate, we welcome free-will donations to support our outreach among people most affected by trauma and systems of oppression.
An Introduction to Meditation workshop will be held on Sunday, January 31 at 12:30 pm EST for anyone who would like beginning instruction before the challenge begins.
