The Montessori School of Greater Hartford
was founded in 1964 and is an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) recognized school. We provide programs for toddlers and children through sixth grade (15 months to 12 years). We also offer after school enrichment activities and summer programs.
Our community of teachers, administrators, parents and board members developed the philosophy of our school, which reflects our deep respect for the learning and development of each child. The essence of our approach is based on the principles and vision of Dr. Maria Montessori and others who share the appreciation for the way children learn. |
