ahead of
time to get
the most out
of each
event!
-Follow
these simple
steps the
day of your
meeting and
it's sure to
be a
success!
-Double
check that
the AV
Equipment
and
connections
are working
properly.
-Temperature
issues can
be a
significant
distraction.
Make
adjustments
prior to
attendees
arriving.
-Keep
attendees
comfortable
with snacks
and
beverages
available.
Plan ahead
so that they
are ready to
go the day
of the
meeting.
-If your
meeting is
off-site,
take
shipping
supplies and
orchestrate
with the
site manager
on handling
packages
that will be
shipped.
-Ensure
there is
adequate
directional
signage to
guide
attendees to
the meeting
room.
-Post your
meeting
agenda in a
visible
location for
attendees or
distribute
copies.
-Get
feedback.
During the

have a
